Pastor… How Can You Comfort Someone At 2:00 A.M.?

Mending the Heartache with Faith is a Biblically based listening CD to give to a bereaved person to listen to after the funeral and counseling sessions are over and the concerned visitors and callers go back to their normal lives. A bereaved person's pain goes on. This CD is a resource that a grieving person can listen to for comfort and hope at 2:00 A.M., while driving a car, or anytime. This CD was created by using excerpts of conversations with other Christians who have experienced the loss of a loved-one and gone on to rebuild their lives again though their faith. These are not actors; they are real people who have suffered the same types of losses. The narrator guides the listener through the grieving process, using these excerpts and beautiful Christian music, to transition from one subject to another. The excerpts are filled with honest emotions that a person going through such a loss can definitely identify with. It also offers hope that there WILL BE a light at the end of the tunnel with God. There is nothing quite like this CD!

A new ministry packet is available!

Seventy-five percent of all married women will eventually be widowed. The Bible tells us God has given the Church a clear mandate to look after the needs of widows. However, the needs of widows in many communities and churches are often overlooked—not only their financial needs but their need for love, fellowship and significance.
